NORD-KIVU/EXAMEN D’ÉTAT 2023: Le député AYOBANGIRA Safari Nshuti promet plus de 20 bourses d’études aux meilleurs finalistes de Masisi

Une délégation de parti politique Apeco, conduite par son président national , le député AYOBANGIRA Safari , élu du territoire de Masisi se journe à sake dans le territoire de Masisi au Nord-Kivu depuis ce mardi 27 juin 2023 .

S’agissant de sa mission dans cette partie de la province de la province, AYOBANGIRA Safari a fait savoir que sa visite à Sake est inscrite dans le cadre de visiter les centres de passation des examens d’État où participants les finalistes déplacés venus des différentes localités de la chefferie des Bashali , et d’autres agglomérations où l’insécurité a été la base de déplacement de plusieurs centres des examens vers la cité de sake . C’était aussi l’occasion pour cet élu de Masisi de rencontrer plusieurs notables avec qui il a échangé sur les conditions socioles des finalistes venus des endroits éloignés et qui passent les examens d’État à sake .

« Oui nous sommes à sake dans le cadre de visiter nos frères et sœurs venus des quelques localités un peu loin , et qui passent les examens d’État ici à sake , nous nous sommes imprégnés de la situation sociale et sécuritaire que traverse ces derniers , vous allez savez bien , chaque année nous donnons 10 bourses aux meilleurs finalistes , mais suite à la situation sécuritaire actuelle , nous allons donner 20 bourses aux meilleurs finalistes. Plusieurs Recommandations ont été soumises à nous , dans le bref délai nous apporterons des solutions » a fait savoir Ayobangira Safari , député national élu de la circonscription électorale de Masisi .

Ce représentant du peuple a appelé toute la population de Masisi de se préparer bien pour affronter les élections « Bien que la commission électorale nationale indépendante (Ceni) n’a pas encore donné le go pour l’enrôlement des électeurs à Masisi et à Rutshuru , nous sommes sûrs que la population de Masisi et Rutshuru sera enrôlée, il y aura les élections, et Masisi et Rutshuru participeront aux élections pour n’est pas donné l’avantage aux ennemis de la République . Organiser les prochaines élections en excluant le Masisi et Rutshuru c’est un danger pour les populations et celà défavorise l’unité nationale «  a insisté ce grand notable de Masisi

Rappelons que plusieurs finalistes déplacés qui passent les examens d’État à Sake sont pris en charge par le député national Ayobangira Safari , Chaque année cet élu donne des bourses aux meilleurs finalistes de Masisi . Pour cette année plus de 20 bourses d’études supérieures qui seront octroyé par le député National Ayobangira Safari sont réservées aux meilleurs finalistes de cette Année scolaire 2022-2023.
