De la prévision budgétaire de 48 Millions de dollars américains, les couts se sont élevés à 324 Millions de dollars américains.
Nicolas KAZADI, ministre des finances de la RDC vient de donner ces statistiques qui font peur.
Initialement prévu pour 48 Millions, celui-ci annonce sue les dépenses totales sont allées jusqu’à 6,75 fois au-delà des prévisions. « Le budget des opérations est passé de 12 à 78 millions de dollars tandis que les dépenses en investissements sont passées de 36 à 246 millions de dollars… » a indiqué KAZADI.
Qui serait responsable de ces couts exorbitants?
Pour le ministre KAZADI, le responsable est bel et bien le directeur national des jeux, Monsieur Isidore KWANDJA NGEMBO. Pour le ministre, Isidore a signé des ordres de paiement pour certains prestataires que lui-même envisageait recruter sans que cela ne soit prévu.
La réaction du directeur de ces jeux ne s’est pas faite attendre. Celui-ci a balayé d’un revers de la main tous les propos du ministre des finances tout en indiquant que l’organisation de ces jeux était stricte et respectait toute la procédure.
Finalement à qui bénéficie le surplus?
Peut-être qu’un lueur proviendra d’on ne sait où. Mais, dans l’entretemps le suspens persiste.
Il sied de rappeler que les jeux de la francophonie dont on parle ont eu lieu à Kinshasa du 28 Juillet au 06 Août dernier.
