Une femme enceinte habitante de Kibirizi, a été tuée par balles et sa petite sœur blessée.
Ce drame s’est produit lors d’une incursion des bandits armés dans le domicile de la victime, la nuit du mardi 27 à mercredi 28 décembre 2022 à Kibirizi, une localité du groupement Mutanda dans la chefferie de Bwito à l’Ouest du territoire de Rutshuru au Nord-Kivu.
Le fait s’est passé aux environs de 20heures et 35 minutes, indique notre source, Oscar Munoka chef de la localité de Kibirizi, fait savoir qu’un homme mini d’une arme à feu a ouvert le feu sur une femme enceinte et sa petit sœur pendant que les deux partageaient le repas du soir.
C’est aux environs de 20h que le drame s’est déroulé, jusqu’à présent les raisons de ce meurtre ne sont pas encore connues, indique ce chef local<<les gens ont criées, les bandits viennent de tirer sur une maman enceinte et blesser sa petite sœur, la maman sur place a perdu la vie et après quelques minutes la blessée a été amené à l’hôpital, ils étaient en train de manger chez eux à la domicile, jusqu’à présent nous ne savons pas la vraie raison qui a poussé à est-ce-que la femme soit tuée, mais les enquête sont en cours pour identifier les auteurs de cet acte ignoble>> poursuit ce chef local.
Une situation qui inquiète les acteurs de la société civile au niveau local et qui alerte à leur tour sur la circulation des armes de guerre sans contrôle dans cette partie de la province du Nord-Kivu, ces deniers pensent que cette circulation des armes est la conséquence de la présence de plusieurs groupes armés d’atoudefenses qui sont venus combattre la rébellion du M23 dans la chefferie de Bwito à Rutshuru.
