Selon notre source, il s’agit d’un élément de la police en état d’ivresse qui tracassait la population et qui venait de ravir quelques biens. Il a crepité de balles en direction de ce cadre de base et un groupes de jeunes qui voulaient le maitriser.
C’est après que plusieurs personnes qui rentraient à la maison soient intimidés par cet élément de l’ordre, qui menaçait même de tirer sur eux que la population a informé le chef d’avenue et les jeunes qui aident les agents de l’ordres à maintenir la sécurité dans cette partie de la vie. En essayant de s’échapper, ce dernier est tombé entre les mains de ces jeunes qui ont réussi à lui ravir même son arme du type Ak47 au niveau de la salle la Gracia non loin de l’hôpital Konde.
« Nous nous sommes battu avec lui avant de le maitriser et lui ravir son arme, il a tiré vers nous 5 balles, nous avons été sauvé par la grâce de Dieu. Cet agent de l’ordre était tellement ivre et menaçait la population pendant ces heures, nous avons décidé de le suivre et il est tombé dans le filet de la jeunesse que nous avons accompagné et nous avons faits preuve de la bravoure en le maîtrisant » indique JEAN-PAUL BAHANI chef de l’avenue KATOYI 1 et chef de la cellule SALONGO au quartier MABANGA NORD
Notons que ce policier en état d’ivresse a été remis entre les mains de la police du CCO et son arme.
