BURUNDI-RWANDA: Fermeture de la frontière Burundo-Rwandaise

Evariste Ndayishimiye tape fort son poing contre Paul Kagame et ferme directement sa frontière en accusant le Rwanda de«  Mauvais voisin africain ». Il expulse ensuite tous les ressortissants Rwandais du sol Burundais comme pour s’indigner de tous les caprices honteux émaillés de Paul Kagame et son armée sur les sols étrangers.

Par ailleurs, le ministre burundais de l’intérieur l’annonce ce jeudi 11 janvier 2024 . Il dénonce le Rwanda de se comporter en mauvais voisin au côté de la litanie d’autres qui encerclent le territoire de l’ancien Président Pierre Nkurunziza.

Martin Niteretse assure devant le monde entier que ce deux pays reprendront des relations quand le président rwandaisPaul Kagame sera revenu aux sentiments humains et africains et aura cessé d’héberger les ennemis du Burundi.

En réaction, le Gouvernement Rwandais dit regretter que « Cette malheureuse décision restreindra la libre circulation des personnes et des biens entre les deux pays et violera les principes de coopération régionale et d’intégration de la Communauté d’Afrique de l’Est», chose que Martin NITERETSE jette en bloc et hausse les épaules en ajoutant que « Si Paul Kagame savait que nous partagions le succès de l’East Africa Comlunity, il cesserait sa bestialité déjà reconnue mondialement et dont il cache toujours sa honte ».

La population de ces deux pays, alors démocrates, s’affichent déjà parmi les victimes de mésententes de leurs dirigeants, pourtant dont le sourire éclate aux lèvres. Et cette décision n’est pas la première que les frontières de ces deux pays soient fermées sur décision de leurs dirigeants.

Déjà, les activités commerciales entre ces deux pays restent inertes et la population regrette l’incompréhension qu’il y a au milieux de ces « deux vieux ».

Il faut noter que le Rwanda de Kagame n’est pas en bonne relation avec la RDC, la Tanzanie et le Burundi, tous 3 membres de l’EAC
