La confiance entre les forces armées et la population est d’une importance capitale comme le disait le Général à titre posthume Mamadou Moustafa NDALA. Celui-ci aussi aura besoin de cette confiance pour bien mener la lutte. Le souhait est qu’il la reconquisse le plus tôt possible.
