Du 16 au 23 Juillet, les candidats à la chambre basse du parlement ont la possibilité de déposer leurs dossiers de candidature avec une nouveauté; le dépôt sous format électronique.
Cette mesure dérogatoire vient d’être prise par la Commission Electorale Nationale Indépendante dans ce communiqué dont une copie nous est parvenue ce 15 Juillet. Ceci après que la CENI ait constaté que certains candidats ont des difficultés dans la constitution de leurs dossiers. Mais aussi des centres d’enregistrement des candidatures sans même un dossier.
La CENI qui annonce vouloir des élections inclusives a décidé d’ajouter ce délai à la période qui a expiré ce même 15 Juillet 2023 selon le premier programme.
Par ce délai supplémentaire, la centrale électorale RD Congolaise espère enregistrer le maximum possible des candidatures pour ces législatives nationales.
