RDC : Les propos de Paul Kagame sur la révisitation des frontières congolo-rwandaises font réagir Georges M. Bingi, jeune notable du Nord-Kivu : des terres à récupérer au Rwanda selon les archives historiques du royaume confédéral des Bahunde d’avant 1911

Georges M. Bingi, jeune notable du Nord-Kivu, a récemment pris la parole lors d’une manifestation organisée par le Quartier général de mobilisation du parti politique de Martin FAYULU de l’ECiDé-NK à Goma. Dans son discours, il a abordé les propos de Paul Kagame sur la révisitation des frontières entre la République Démocratique du Congo et le Rwanda, et plus particulièrement sur les terres à récupérer au Rwanda selon les archives historiques du royaume confédéral des Bahunde d’avant 1911.

Le jeune notable a qualifié les propos de Paul Kagame de « signature pure et simple de la disparition du Rwanda sur la carte de l’Afrique », allant « trop au fond des choses ». Selon Georges M. Bingi, cette nième provocation risque d’empirer la situation sécuritaire dans la partie Est de la RDC, en éveillant les esprits et en attisant les tensions.

Dans son point de presse organisé dimanche dernier au Bénin avec son homologue Béninois Patrice Talon, Paul Kagame a déclaré que « le M23 se bat pour récupérer les terres rwandaises cédées à la RDC », en ignorant que certaines terres comme Kishenyi, Lubapfu et Luhengere doivent revenir impérativement à la RDC, car ce sont des terres du peuple Hunde que l’Allemagne avait gratuitement volé pour créer le Rwanda. Georges M. Bingi a rappelé que le mot Rwanda est d’origine linguistique Hunde, « LUANDA », qui signifie famille. Cette région qui est devenue le pays Rwanda n’existait pas au monde, le Rwanda est une terre des Bahunde depuis avant 1911.

Le mot RWANDA  était utilisé pour désigner le peuple (famille) inconnu (e) trouvé (e) très loin au Nord-Est des lacs Bulere et Luhondo, autrement dit le Muhunde dans ses habitudes de visiter ses terres avait vu une famille voisine de ses deux lacs(Bulere et Luhondo) et s’était exclamé en Kihunde en disant  » LUANDA », ainsi naquit l’appellation Rwanda. Au cours de la période précoloniale, le pays des Bahunde à l’Est de l’actuel Congo-Kinshasa était constitué de Royaume confédéral des Bahunde composé de trois branches : BWITO (Buhunde oriental), Bunyungu (Buhunde occidental) et Kishali (Buhunde central), avec comme capitale Birundulhe et comme Mubake/ Grand Mwami KUMAKUMA qui signifie fédérateur ou rassembleur. Les Bahunde avaient comme voisins les royaumes des Bayira (Banande), des Banyanga, des Balegha, des Bahavu et des Bashi.

Notons que les propos de Paul Kagame ont donc suscité des vives réactions au sein de la communauté, pendant cette période où la RDC accuse le Rwanda le M23 , un groupe armé que le Gouvernement Congolais qualifie de terroriste .
