RUTSHURU: L’organisation de droits de l’homme BADILIKA déplore la passivité de l’EAC face aux exactions du M23 contre les civils

Les Rebelles terroristes du m23 sous le leadership de SULUTANI Makenga soutenu par le Rwanda, commettent de crimes graves contre l’humanité, de crimes de guerres, de pillages, les violences sexuelles faites à la femme et à jeune fille sont devenues une arme de guerre et de pression du m23 contre le Gouvernement afin de négocier.

L’enrôlement des enfants dans le rang du m23 et de massacres de plusieurs congolais dans plusieurs entités sous leur reigne.

Ces propos sont contenus dans un communiqué de presse de l’organisation de droits de l’homme BADILIKA datant de ce vendredi 6janvier 2023. Selon l’esprit de ce communiqué, cette organisation déplore de constater que ça fait exactement 14mois depuis que les rebelles terroristes du M23 occupent 85% du territoire de Rutshuru et la population est abandonnée à son triste sort. Une partie de cette population s’est massivement déplacée vers Goma, kibirizi, lubero, l’Ouganda voir d’autres endroits jugés sécurisés. Malheureusement  elle reste sans assistance au vrai terme du mot pourtant difficile de rentrer dans les zones sous contrôle du M23.

Pour KAMBALE Patrick secrétaire executif de l’organisation BADILIKA basée à Rutshuru, plusieurs cas d’exactions sommaires de congolais ont été documenté, les cas d’éventrement de femmes par ces rebelles, de traitements humains de la population par ce groupe rebelle, et tout celà sous l’œil impuissant de la communauté internationale et la Force régionale de l’EAC, une chose qui risque d’occasionner des manifestations populaires contre cette Force Régionale qui semble vouloir favoriser les rebelles du M23.

Notons que cette organisation plaide egalement pour la reouverture de la route Goma-kiwanja, kiwanja-lubero et kalengera kishishe Rwindi, pour cette dernière cela pourra soulager les déplacés qui pourront rentrer dans leurs familles que d’attendre les aides qui ne parviennent même pas aux concernés, mais aussi ça pourra contribuer à la réduction de prix de biens de premières nécessité à Goma.
