D’après John KAMETA de la société la société civile en commune de Bulengera qui livre la nouvelle, il s’agit d’un militaire incontrôlé qui a semé la panique dans plusieurs cellules des quartiers Rughenda et Kyaghala, Mukuna en tirant des coups de feu en l’air.
Ces derniers ont touché une femme d’environ la vingtaine résidant dans la cellule de Kahondo du quartier de Rughenda vers 13h de ce jeudi 21 mars en ville de Butembo.
Celui-ci ajoute que la victime connue au nom de Kavira Matina Vivuya, a été conduite à l’hôpital de Matanda où elle a rendu l’âme au moment de l’intervention chirurgicale. Celle-ci laisse derrière elle un bébé de 2 semaines et un veuf.
«Constatant les dégâts qu’il a occasionnés, le militaire s’est ôté la vie avec son arme au niveau la cellule de Kyatuhe, à côté du ministère de prière Nuru Ya Yesu dans la ville de Butembo. » a-t-il fait savoir.
Jusqu’à présent les motifs qui ont conduit à ce comportement restent inconnus.
Réagissant à cette situation, le porte-parole des FARDC dans le grand Nord a indiqué que des enquêtes sont déjà ouvertes pour dégager la cause de cet incident.
La société civile force vive du Noyau de Bulengera condamne fermement cet acte et demande aux autorités de prendre en charge toutes les dépenses funéraires de la victime.
