Paralysie d’activités sur une partie de la ville de Goma ce mercredi 22fevrier 2023. Cela est la conséquence de barricades de certains axes routiers par les taximans motos, qui s’insurgent contre la mesure de la mairie, laquelle mesure demande à tout motard, de porter un gilet pour etre identié pendant la journée.
Une decision qui n’a pas été bien accueillie par ces usagers de la route, qui la qualifie à une coope entre le maire de la ville et les leaders de certaines corporations de Motards pour se créer une richesse.
Interrogés par votre media quelques motards rencontrés dans les rues de Goma ce mercredi, ils ont émis des avis divergents, pendant que les uns pensent qu’il est anormal que pendant ce temps de guerre le Maire de Goma puisse se permettre de tracasserie les motards dont parmi eux il ya de déplacés, les autres croient à manière des autorités de vouloir s’enrichir illégalement.
« Moi je suis déplacés de guerres, je me débrouille avec la moto d’une personne qui a eu pitié de moi. Alors avec 15 dollars ou est que je veux tirer cet argent? Je ne comprends pas pourqouoi ils veulent aussi nous tuer, nous avons fui les affrontements entre le M23 et les Fardc » a poursuivi un taximan Moto déplacé.Un autre motard parle d’un enrichissement illicite des autorités de l’état de siège.
« A Goma, il ya plusieurs centaines de motos, je me demande jusque quand cette escroquerie? 15dollars par motard avec toutes ces motos? C’est vraiment du vol, ils ont exigés les gilets avec comme motif de l’insécurité, là aussi c’était 12dollars si je me rappelle bien, nous sommes fatigué de cette façon de nous appauvrir d’avantage » a dit un autre motard
Notons que vendredi dernier le 17fevrier 2023, le Maire de la ville de Goma Kabeya MAKOSA François, a signé un communiqué qui augmente 4jours aux taximans motos afin de se munir chacun de ce nouveau gilet diurne.
