NORD-KIVU : « De l’eau pour les déplacés de guerre qui bénéficiera aux goméens à la longue » (Ambassadeur de l’Union Européenne en RDC)

L’ambassadeur de l’Union Européenne en République Démocratique du Congo, Jean Marc Châtaigner a officiellement lancé le projet d’extension du réseau d’eau potable à Goma en faveur des populations déplacées et autochtones de Bushagara et Kanyarutshinya ce 11 Mars 2023.

Ce projet qui pèse environ 2 milliards et 2 millions des Francs congolais, soit 1 million de dollars américains sur financement de l’Union Européenne sera exécuté par la société Virunga energies et le fonds des Nations-Unies pour l’enfance UNICEF pendant 4 mois selon les prévisions.

 » … Goma a 600 000 déplacés, c’est l’une des villes au monde où il y a le plus de déplacés… Il y a une action de solidarité par rapport à cette population qui doit être faite dans l’immédiat » a dit l’ambassadeur de l’UE en RDC.

Celui-ci a poursuivi en précisant qu’il est irresponsable d’abandonner toute cette population et la laisser sans assistance humanitaire.

« On ne peut pas laisser les populations déplacées du Kivu, 600 000 déplacés à Goma, 2 300 000 (déplacés) au Nord Kivu . Une personne sur quatre est déplacée, on ne peut pas les laisser sans assistance. Ce que je veux dire, cette installation, ce que nous faisons là est non seulement pour les personnes déplacées mais aussi pour la population de Goma… Nous permettrons à la population qui est située en amont de cette centrale de bénéficier de l’accès à l’eau. »

Ce point de pompage et de réserve d’eau est construit à Bushara dans le territoire de Nyiragongo un peu au sud des sites des déplacés de Kanyarutshinya et Bushagara, cibles prioritaires de ce projet.

Cette œuvre est lancée quand en même temps les terroristes du M23 sont à quelques dizaines des kilomètres de la ville touristique de Goma, ville qu’ils menacent d’occuper d’un moment à un autre.

  25. Abnormal this put up is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it surely used to be listed at the first page. I suppose your doing one thing proper if Google likes you adequate to place you at the first page of a non similar search.
