Des troupes ougandaises seront deployés à leur tour en république démocatrique du Congo d’ici la fin du mois de mars 2023. ces militaires Ougandais vont venir aussi dans le cadre de la force regionale de l’EAC en sigle, dans son processus de restaurer la paix et la sécurité à l’Est de la RDC.
Cette revelation est du commandant du contingent Ougandais ce Jeudi 23 Mars lors de son audience au près du gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu , en raison des civilités à l’autorité provinciale. Le colonel MAKE WALAKA precise que ces troupes seront deployées en territoire de Rutshuru.
Une nouvelle qui enerve certaines habitants de la ville de Goma, qui disent ne pas voir le travail l’importance de la force regionale depuis son deployement à l’Est de la RDC.
“Nous sommes fatigué de tous ces militaires, ils viennent pour nous embrouiller seulement, car nous n’avons pas encore vu meme un milicien neutralisé par la force regionale, que l’on dote de moyens militaires aux Fardc pour en finir une fois pour toute avec tous ces groupes” indique un habitant rencontré non loin du cabinet du Gouverneur
Notons que cette unité de l’armée ougandaise dont le nombre n’a pas été revelé ni la date de son deployement, va rejoindre les militaires keyans déjà deployés dans le Nyiragongo , plus precisement à Kibumba et Rumangabo et les burundais dejà deployées dans le masisi ; notamment à Mushake et kilorirwe, des zones dans lesquelles se sont retirés les rebelles du M23 selon le mini sommet de luanda .
